1. Order Cancellation by Customer:
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it without any cancellation charges.
After 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 10% of the order value will be charged.
2. Order Cancellation by Us:
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, issues with payment, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If we cancel an order, the customer will receive a full refund, including any shipping charges.

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received
it.
Once the return request is accepted, return request will be initiated and completed within 7-14 working days
Items that have been customized or modified according to the customer’s specifications are not eligible for return.

Our team will provide instructions on how to return the item.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over ₹5,000. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
